Suspensions

Suspension Policy applies to Essential and Extreme Packages only.

Essential and Extreme monthly Internet clients may save money by suspending monthly payment of their Internet service for a period not exceeding six consecutive calendar months or six calendar months in any twelve month period.

Requests for suspension must be received by the company no more than three months prior to the actual period of suspension. You may use our suspension form to request a maximum of three whole Calendar months, for longer periods please make an additional suspension request.

To be eligible for suspension, clients must send a suspension request via our online suspension form here and before the banking deadline dates specified below.

Your submitted REQUEST will then be reviewed by our billing department and once your details are confirmed as correct and your suspension is approved a FINAL confirmation email will be sent shortly before the requested suspension date.

During periods of suspension there will be a nominal monthly port reservation charge of €4.96+IVA

It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that the connection is not used during any period of suspension. Any unauthorised usage will be charged at double the standard monthly subscription rate.

Clients may not suspend for the first six months of their contract.

If you have suspended your service you must continue to inform us of any changes to your contact or your payment details, and you must remain contactable via email.

If your service has been suspended for four months or more in the previous twelve months, you will no longer be eligible for free maintenance of your antenna system.

Regular Monthly Telephone Clients may not suspend the phone service, however they may still suspend the Internet service. The Phone service uses the Internet connection, if you have suspended your Internet service but still use the phone during the suspension period the Internet service will also be charged.
